Once you learn how to make buns, you can’t help but look at everything and ask “Can I Bao it”. Bao literally translating to wrap and really what can’t you wrap??

Lotus Paste and Red Bean fillings are from Kam Wai Dim Sum in Chinatown.
The rolling pin, parchment circles, ube extract, steamers, and all other ingredients are from T&T.
Silicon mats and silicon liners are from Amazon.
Note - the Lindt chocolates seem to make runny/leaky buns which doesn't tend to happen when we use chocolate chunks/chips
