Fostering Inclusive Community and Raising Awareness for Muscular Dystrophy
Our mission is to support individuals and families affected by rare diseases through a variety of engaging community events that bring people together and make a tangible difference. Our community events are at the heart of Damian’s Project, designed to create a supportive and inclusive environment for all participants. These events include:
- charity walks/runs
- Educational workshops
- Fundraising events like dumpling making, pottery workshops, and more.
Impact and Support
All proceeds raised from Damian’s Project events go directly towards our support programs and initiatives for rare diseases. These include:
- patient and family support services: providing resources and connection for families with rare diseases
- Research funding: supporting scientific research aimed at finding treatments and cures for those with rare disease
- Awareness campaigns: educating the public about muscular dystrophy and advocating for the needs of those affected by rare diseases.
